Curt Sardeson President
As President, Curt oversees the financial, operational, sales and marketing departments for Open Sky. His preparation for this current role is thorough and deep, spanning over 20 years of supply chain software experience and most every business and technical role throughout his implementation career. He has seen implementations from the software vendor, customer and end user points of view. With involvement in over 40 global implementations (North America, Europe, and Asia) of large-scale and complex software systems, Curt thoroughly understands and appreciates the critical role that software plays in supply chains.
Curt has fun with work and is very passionate about Open Sky, enjoying the role of coach and mentor to employees and also clients. He is always striving to increase personal productivity using systems and frameworks like David Allen’s Getting Things Done (GTD), Tim Ferris’s Four Hour Work Week and Merlin Mann’s Inbox Zero. Curt is active in national and local professional and community organizations including CSCMP, WERC, Chamber of Commerce and Boy Scouts of America. Lori Kesten Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Lori leads all net new sales efforts for Open Sky Group. Her preparation for this current role is through over 15 years of Warehouse & Transportation Management Systems sales experience across multiple software vendor solutions including RedPrairie(now JDA). Prior to moving into a sales role, Lori was part of multiple WMS implementations from the customer point of view. Lori subscribes to a reference selling philosophy and believes it is the best way to be successful long-term. When a client selects a software solution, they put their trust in our company and she takes that responsibility seriously. Of all the books and various sales training courses she’s picked up over the years, Selling to Zebras by Jeff & Chad Koser really resonated with Lori; if you know where you should focus your efforts, your future clients will be successful and so will you. As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Chad is responsible for building and managing a world-class professional services team, partnering with our sales organization and providing quality implementation management. His role also includes developing the strategic direction and day-to-day development and management of best practices-focused professional services teams and solutions experts. Having spent the bulk of his career at JDA (formerly RedPrairie and McHugh-Freeman), Chad brings over 20 years of experience delivering results for high growth software and consulting organizations. His past roles have given him experience in building efficient and effective implementation teams, establishing high impact services operations, achieving revenue growth, executive level client relations as well as sales enablement. Darcy Reeves Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Darcy is responsible for strategy and management of all marketing programs at Open Sky. With over thirteen years of supply chain marketing experience, she has worked on strategic and tactical initiatives for programs for several leading supply chain consulting companies spanning media relations, prospect, client and partner communications, industry events, collateral development, budgeting, image and branding, presentations, website redesign and maintenance and more. Darcy uses her focus on audience and user experience to assist in areas outside of traditional marketing, including HR, internal events and communications, client outreach, etc. Matt Tyrrell Vice President of Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services, Matt works with Open Sky Group teams at the front end of Warehouse Management (WMS) and Labor software engagements. With over twenty years of supply chain industry experience, Matt has held many roles from software engineer to technical project leader on a number of large and varied WMS implementations, gaining experience and ultimately overseeing other software engineers in all facets of WMS implementations. He has collaborated with many clients to supply efficient and innovative solutions. Matt has a passion for bringing warehouse management implementations to fruition and continuously improving existing software implementations. Jason Yantiss Vice President of Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services, Jason oversees implementation and integration projects for Open Sky. With over seventeen years of experience implementing supply chain execution systems and holding operational roles in transportation, billing and warehousing, Jason is adept at managing multiple clients, projects and deadlines. Jason’s impressive resume of more than 50 supply chain software implementation projects includes: Warehouse, Labor, Transportation and Yard Management Systems (37 total), as well as six AR/AP Freight Pay and Customer Billing. In addition, Jason has integrated to SAP, WebMethods, Delfour, Oracle, Gentran, MARC, RedPrairie and RFID systems.
